Recently had a broken radiator pipe that resulted in flooding of 2 floors. The folks at SERVPRO took care of everything! From the cleanup to negotiating with the insurance company to the repair work. This the 3rd time in the past 10 years that we have used SERVPRO. Each time they came to our rescue. We had a water leak in our ceiling which had travelled behind our basement wall. They were there the very next morning and reassured us that it will be taken care of quickly. They removed part of the wall and the wet insulation. The wall and the flooring was dried over the weekend. Throughout the time, they were very professional and respectful. We will highly recommend them. We would use them again if the need arises.
